Description:
The JTDS Database Developer will assist in providing the Government with necessary elements required
to develop and maintain databases for joint training events for USAFE, EUCOM, and USAREUR.
This position will be to manage and populate the World Forces force model library.
This task requires working with our Coalition partners like Australia, Canada and Great Britain.
The JTDS Database Data Developer will be responsible for adding Simulation Ready Data to the repository,
working with POC organizations to review, test and develop the 3D Model Library to rapidly initialize the MUSE AFSERS UAV Simulation Database.
The JTDS Database Developer will be using the JTC-SIL to assign the 3D Vehicle and Life form models to the appropriate platforms.
The library will be inventoried, assigned consistent naming conventions and double-checked for accuracy.
The JTDS Database Developer will publish and maintain an index of the data for the Joint Training Program and provide support
to the various organizations located within and external to the facility supporting the Joint Training Program.

Security Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Must be a U.S. citizen.

Preferred Skills:
Minimum of 2 years specific and related experience inclusive of the following:
- 2 years experience working with Unit Order of Battle information.
- Experience working in a Technical/Military/Scientific database environment.
- Experience with on-line archiving, research, and search technique and systems.

Education:
Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in any of the following disciplines: Computer Science, MIS, or Applied Mathematics; OR
3 years of experience in data research and analysis filling a data library, in addition to the specific and related experience under part 2 below,
may be substituted for the degree requirement.
