Department of Interior EEO Database

Loyola developed a web-based Department of Interior EEO Database that allows the National Park Service to derive statistical, qualitative, and quantitative information to manage effectiveness and diversity of hiring practices. 8 US regional Park Service employment offices log into the Department of Interior EEO Database Web site and complete a Web form. Data from this form automatically updates the database. A Department of Interior EEO Database reporting function queries the database and compiles the information into defined report template formats, which are delivered over the Web to authorized users. A GIS location based query and data access component has also been integrated.
