Suffolk Business Park Fly-Through

Following a presentation at VMASC on our Web-Based visualization tools, the Suffolk economic development authority approached Loyola to visualize the future of economic development in Suffolk. They roughly sketched out on a map their development area, and Loyola translated this into a digital coverage. The primary product desired was a Web browser-based fly-through of a high-resolution satellite image with the development goals depicted as icons on "flags" above the target sites. Loyola designed the imagery collection mission, processed the imagery after receipt from the IKONOS commercial satellite, and produced a web-based fly-through with all targets represented, and delivered to the customer. Loyola also developed a movie of the fly-through, which has been distributed on CDROM.
