Loyola document specialists contact the installation Restoration Manager several months prior to a visit to coordinate the scope and specifics of AR/IR documents that need processing. An Installation Administrative Checklist is provided to the installation POC, who reviews the specifics of the Solid Waste and Emergency Response (OSWER) directive 9833.3A-1 and Air Force JA guidance. Loyola also provides guidance on the verifying specific documents required that fall into the 5 categories of documents required by law. Following verification of the documents, a Loyola AR document specialist travels to the installation.
